These are exactly as I needed. I was concerned about the grip of the clips, but they hold perfectly well. They are large enough to hold a decent amount of weight.

These are cheap, uneven and i think the z bar bent when i put a lot of weight on it. The kids use these as pretend weights now

I've been weightlifting for over a year now; I started with no kit and have grown to having a number of dumbell weights and bars.In this set you get a curling bar and 2 dumbell bars. You also get 6 spring clips.This bars are completely hollow and have no real weight to them so you'll have to load-up the bars more to compensate. A normal Curling bar is 5kg and a dumbell bar would be 1kg whereas these are only a few 100g.They not particularly well-made but are made for a low -price.The dumbell bars are a bit longer than standard meaning you can add-on some more plates if needed. I'm currently using these at 30kg. The spring clips aren't as good as my others; they have 2 turns to the spring whereas others have 3 turns.. I feel that these are less secure but they seem to do the job ok.At RRP of 40 quid this are ideal for a beginner just getting started in a home gym. A normal curling bar would be more than this alone.

Love this bar as its not heavy so can add the weights to it to make it true to the weight you are adding. Love the clips too as easy to take on and off.
