Delivery came in quick time,plates are doing great, very occasionally the spin lock loosens but not an issue,just check and tighten before each set..

These were ideal for my purpose of providing weight in my bergen as I partake in 'rucking', which for the uninitiated, basically 'copies' armed forces infantry training of completing a set distance, within a set time, carrying a set load weight. I use 'pig eggs' made of small-ish bags of sand wrapped in gaffer tape for some of the weight, but I now have 6 of these 5kg weights in both my light, and heavy bergen (2x5kg in the lighter one, and 4x5kg in the heavier one). They fit in the rucksacks perfectly, and are of a convenient size to add or remove more weight. These weights are consistently spot on as regards weight accuracy, and they are really easy to grip as in both plate 'cut outs', there are convenient finger Indentations. The fact that weights like these are 'prefilled' as oppose to cast iron ones, which aren't isn't an issue with me. They cost significantly less than the same weight cast iron plates, plus they are a hell of a lot quieter. These weights arrived in good time after ordering, and were well packaged, and undamaged upon opening the box they were in. I'd be more than happy to use more of these in my home workouts, so that'll do for me!
