Nature’s Best is one of my go-to suppliers for nutritional supplements, which I guess is testament enough – I feel that their products are usually good enough to try, and often to repurchase.I ordered these acidophilus capsules because I’m very much aware of the importance of having a healthy and diverse gut microbiome – and live bacteria (such as in these capsules) can be a useful step along the way. The fact that it is recommended that the capsules be kept refrigerated was a particular feature that appealed to me, and so I look forward to using them on a fairly regular basis. I shall, of course, continue to eat healthy foods … I don’t think that supplements can ever really be a substitute for this. Nevertheless, I think that this product is worth considering as part of a healthy diet and healthy lifestyle.

So far so good! Looking to re-balance my gut after menopause and these were suggested.I did my research so know to take with plenty of water and wait before having a hot drink.

I tend to be a fan of products from Nature’s Best. These are no exception, they have have a high enough CFU count to be effective whilst maintaining a good price point. It’s reassuring that for at least some of its production and storage they are kept refrigerated and that they offer advice to do the same once you receive them.Effectiveness is always going to be subjective and personal, but there is sound evidence behind supplements of this sort for certain conditions.I’ve deducted 1 star for the bottle design. If you have any condition affecting the strength in your hands/fingers this bottle will be extremely difficult to open.
