This is very good value. I have compared many similar brands and this provides more DHA for a very good price. This is the most important omega fatty acid for neurological benefits.

Easy to use no flavour or after taste either. Works for me. Great value for the itemI use as part of my osteoarthritis pain plan as I can't abide strong painkillers.

I really would recommend this product. It’s a vegan product and is one of the only products that don’t leave a weird taste in my mouth after taking OMEGA 3 - They capsules are smaller than other brands which also make them much easier to swallow. I’ve noticed a difference already, I feel like I have more energy and my skin looks really dewy! 5/5!

Bought two containers of these however, when opening the first container, there was a fishy smell and I realised the tablets had leaked and subsequently, made all the tablets stick together. I didn't want to open the second container until we got to the end of the first container, for freshness. Opened the second container and guess what? Same issue! Will not buy these again! Hard to swallow because of the awful smell!

These are excellent value, ethically sourced (no fishies were harmed so no fishy after taste) and a great easy to swallow size and shape. They have a good level of EPA and DHA which is the crucial element in any Omega supplement. Vegan friendly. Highly recommended by me and my vegan son.
