FRIO Paradise Pink Duo Insulin Wallet

I was a bit sceptical but this little product is so good and it works! I bought the blue one for myself and had to then buy the pink for my friend. Comes with clear instructions and it does keep my insulin pens cool for a few days, all it needs then is a little soak to reactivate it. Perfect for holiday whilst by the pool or out and about in the heat. Don’t delay, buy one.

I was sceptical, but I had a 48 hour period to keep my meds cool before I could get them to a fridge. Ice would have melted, so I had to take a chance on a recommended Frio bag. It amazed me how well it worked, keeping my meds (peptides) cool, even though it was 30 degrees (hot). I'd use it over any other method now.

This is the most amazing product. I have only ever used FRIO in 20 years because I trust it, you don't need a fridge/freezer to cool the bag. JUST ADD WATER (not even cold water) it's amazing, I've taken it abroad, camping and on days out and it never let's me down.

I knew this would work as I have a neckerchief made of the same water storing crystals which I use to keep my neck cool when fishing on hot days and on holidays in warm/hot climates. I needed to keep my insulin cool and was surprised to find the Frio available when checking out other options on the internet. I didn't fancy the bulkier and more expensive coolers as I needed something that I knew would work and not take up too much space. I have used it this year in Lyon (40C) and Padua (32C) without any problems. It keeps the insulin cool - not cold but in the safe storage range. I choose the pink case so that it stands out easily so that I don't forget it when packing and it also helps when going fishing.

I have not used it yet as haven't been on holiday. But looks good to keep my insulin in .

Being diabetic this will be very useful

I had a blue insulin duo wallet for years and years until the crystals stopped working. I bought this lovely colour insulin wallet as a replacement. It does work, just put the black wallet in the basin filled with cold water and leave it there for half an hour until the crystals turns to "ice". When the black wallet is dry, you then put the black wallet inside the pink duo wallet. it will keep your insulin cool for few hours especially in hot weather country. It can be used again and again and again. Very highly recommended for people who are diabetic. You wont be disappointed
