I have been on insulin for over 50 years and have travelled to and worked in four of the seven continents. Keeping insulin cool has been a constant problem. This easy to use product knocks that problem on the head. I wish it had been made available much earlier!

Great product so easy to use really handy for camping holidays and taking insulin with you in hot cars it works really well fits in you hand bag not bulky in size

I used one before when I travelled to New Zealand but can't find it. I bought this one for the zip design. It works using chill packs activated by water and lasts days with just a quick re dip in water. They really work and a must have for insulin users.

This product is great and it alleviates of the (many) frustrations of travelling while diabetic. It's super easy to use, but you have to remember that the first soak will take altogether just under an hour between soaking the product and it being ready to put insulin in. Once you've done that, it only takes 5 min to recharge it on the move so this has been mighty useful. It's a little bulky in hand luggage, so if you only need to take one or two 10ml vials with you, maybe try the smaller ones in the same range.

Easy to use and keeps insulin cool in warm weather when traveling.

Arrived very fast thankfully. Was stylish and worked very well. Would recommend. The coolness lasted days, left out of the fridge even. Small, compact and really cost effective. Very good buy.

This item is of poor quality and is also awkward to use . Claims it is 'recommended by health practitioners' and 'ideal for travel and holidays ' are misleading - I wouldn't have bought this in a shop at £25 !Sometimes Chinese made goods are fine - this isn't one of them!For some reason this seller does NOT accept returns so I am stuck with it.

Caben 4 o 5 plumas sin problema. Yo llevo humalog y toujeo y meto 5 sin problema. La bolsa negra lleva unos cristales que al sumergirla en agua se hidratan, hinchan y mantienen la temperatura de la pluma a 26°C. La bolsa rosa lleva cremallera así que es perfecta para viajes. Según ficha aguanta 45 horas siendo la temperatura exterior máx de 37°C. No esperéis encontrar la pluma fría como de la Nevera porque no hace eso. Lo que hace es evitar que se caliente.

Podria ser un producto extraordinario, porque mantiene la insulina fresca hasta 45 horas. Pero tiene varios problemas graves:* Es una verguenza que las Instrucciones del producto sean distintas si lo compras desde USA, Gran Bretaña o Alemania. (Unos te dicen sumergirlo en agua 5-10 minutos y otros 10-15 min).* Si la bolsa interior se deja mucho tiempo en agua se hincha demasiado y luego las Plumas de Insulina no entran... o si entran, cuesta sacarlas y la tela se rompe y se salen lios cristalitos que lleva dentro y deja de enfriar... Ya la puedes tirar a la basura.Soluciones frente a los inútiles que diseñaron este priducto y sus instrucciones:* Dejar sumergida en agua la bolsa interior MENOS TIEMPO de lo que dice el fabricante.* En la bolsa que es para 4 Plumas, meter solo TRES.De lo contrario tirarás tu precioso dinero a la basura en en dos o tres usos.

SIGUIENDO INSTRUCCIONES DEL FABRICANTE, NO ENFRÍA LO SUFICIENTE.
