I use magnesium taurate 200mg to help with migraines and headaches. I used a magnesium with three top ingredients before but found the taurate to be noticeably better with less amount of headaches and intensity. Good value compared to shop price too!

Ever since I've been taking these I've had diarrhea, I was pulled in by the filler free slogan so I didn't think to check the ins and outs of this stabilising agent - I had a false sense of security, my mistake and naivetyThis agent was used as a safe alternative to plastic in diapers to pull in water, so there we are, explains why I've been on the toilet

YES you can split the capsule and take it as a powder even over capsules are 500mg - this is a super good solution to take them as they are very easy to swallow competing t massive 1000mg tables.\nThis is the way produced product in capsules - we are humans and we do want to swallow it easily.
