Quality Vitamins
Learned about methalated vitamins from Gary Brecka on You Tube, He said these would help my mind get quite at night. They have been working great for me, feeling good, getting better sleep.

Good vitimans
The only reason I gave this a four star rating is because you never know if it will be in stock. Otherwise, they work well for me and are an easy 5 star.

I enjoy taking this.
It’s a great little supplement. I enjoy it. I take it almost every day a little on the pricey side, but it works.

Great value!
Started taking these because I have the genetic mutation MTHFR which causes b vitamin deficiency unless you take methylated b vitamins. I was paying for really expensive vitamins but decided to switch to these. They are just as good for the money spent and keep my energy levels up! You should eat with these if you have a sensitive stomach as sometimes if I just take with my morning coffee I get a little nauseous for a very brief time. Overall very happy with these vitamins and the money I save!!

Bad choice of capsuals...
The vitamin has great ingredients combo and feels like it works fine, however the capsules smells and taste awful! They also have a texture that makes it hard to swallow, don’t know why this is, probably due to some Vegan BS but if you can get past this the product is good. But I would recommend trying some other brand with better capsules.

NEON YELLOW URINE?!
If you are worried about your urine changing to neon yellow don't be alarmed. It's just a excess of B2 vitamins. Just keep up on your water intake and it should go away after you first couple of bathroom uses. I was very alarmed at first but it is a very common side effect of excess b2
