So far, so good. Including pictures of the scoop, that I wouldn't have known existed if I didn't read the comments. Initially I had to take a guess at the amount to include in my drink. I used 1/4 tsp, which was too much, but that's fine. It was difficult to dissolve. I used a little hot water and melted it, then added it to a blueberry smoothie. I could still taste it, but it was doable. I'll try to find something to put it in where I can't taste it, because it is not delicious. However, it is good for you, so I'll grin and bear it. :) Hope this helps.

Someone told me that kelp powder is a great way to prevent plaque build up for dogs so I ordered this and started putting a teaspoon on my dogs' breakfasts in the morning. It's human grade which makes me feel good about giving it to them and the bag lasts SO LONG. I even scooped some into a jar for my friend so she could try it with her dog. So far, I have actually seen an improvement in my dog's oral health! Better breath, and less gunk on their teeth.

I bought this to add to my female dogs food to help fight the tartar on her teeth. I’ve brushed her teeth daily, her entire life, but she had 2 patches of tartar that developed. It makes great soup base for Miso Soup! I love Japanese food and cook miso soup often, and this kelp powder makes the soup very tasty. I used to use the Japanese soup base before but they are full of toxic chemicals and I was looking for a natural alternative. This one is it! Just a half teaspoon will be enough to make the soup full of 2 quirt pan. It will provide enough Iodine for Thyroid health too, so it's a win win!
