Premier Series Leggett and Platt Remote for Adjustable Bed

I had to buy a new remote for my adjustable bed as I accidently washed mine in the sheets. I ordered this one. It was exactly like the one that came with the bed. I was also having some issues with the bed at the time and the remote wasn't working when it came. I worked with the company. Their customer service was fantastic. They not only emailed back and forth several times but we actually talked on the phone and figured out it was a bed issue and not a remote issue. He was so nice. I would definitely buy from him again. I used to work for the actual company that made the bed and buying the remote from the company that made the bed was three times higher than ordering from this company and they were not nearly as helpful either. Customer service is everything! I cannot say enough good things about this company. I am still using this remote and it works beautifully. Will definitely buy again from them!
