Comfort
Product is easy to install but it does not sit on the ear very well. The top of the tube keeps sliding off no matter how I position it. Very clear audio though.

Short lived
I got the 2 pack, one lasted a total of maybe 2 days before it just stopped working all together and the second lasted a day until now it sounds like everything is underwater

Unsafe, do not buy.
The earpiece has become disconnected from the radio on each of my last 3 shifts, which is completely unacceptable. I’ve never had another earpiece do so. This might be fine for some other purpose, but not one for which you absolutely have to have performance.

Not my favorite
Probably my least favorite earpiece that I’ve had. The clear tube twists to attach to the black wiring and it does not stay held up well at all. It comes detached often...

Dont waste your time
The 3.5mm jack lasted almost a month. I purchased a double pack thinking i would not have to buy another headset for years. I work in law enforcement and wearing headsets can be a life saver especially dealing in noisy environments, however it defeats the purpose when you headset does not work or the sound goes in and out. Highly dissapointed however you get what you pay for in this case.
