Perfect. With 2 updates..
Perfect. Handles turned open and close smoothly with normal effort. Feels like it will be a nice tight seal when closed. It glued very easily to my 2" PVC pipe.Other reviews had me worried the handle would be too tight, but it's perfect.UPDATE: I turned handle wrong way and it very easily ripped right past the 'stop' point, cutting through the black plastic on the handle. Still works, but I have to visually ensure handle is lined up in the closed position because handle won't stop when closed 100%.UPDATE AGAIN. Still works fine.

Heavy Duty
During the "home distancing" what few times we went into town for items, we needed a couple 1" slip-fit ball values. Tried 3 different hardware places and all were out for several weeks with the excuses the "warehouses weren't delivering", so decided to order from Amazon. The valves are exactly as described. We found them to be good heavy duty with "stiff" turning on/off which is what we wanted. We didn't want a valve that turned too easily because it might get bumped and open to flush more than 300 gallons from one of our water pressure tanks. We are senior citizens and had no problem turning the handle. Yes, it was stiff, but we could also have used a tool rather than our hands. Recommend these valves.

That's a way higher quality than I was expecting. The ball valve inside is of course also PVC (if you wondered) but it will last. It doesn't feel cheap at all.

Very poor quality. Pulled it straight out of the box it barely turned part way . Could not get it to budge either way finally hooked a pair of channel locks to it and still could not get it to budge until the handle started breaking

Ordered 3, received one.....then the other 2, 8hours later
My issue was with shipping. I ordered 3 valves, I received only one in the morning and the other 2 came in the evening. The split delivery caused a delay in the job.The product is a good solid ball valve!
