I had a bit of a learning curve, but now this creates a cut around the egg so the top off the egg can easily be removed with a sharp knife, revealing a perfectly cut egg. Lots better than the metal teeth kind, which fell apart after a few uses.

save your money. hitting it w a knife eye works just as well. i prefer to peel. too much messy tiny pieces of shell to deal with.

So far, no problems. Still trying to figure out the best way to use the topper
