This brand is always smooth (not as thick as full fat), easy to use with consistently good results. I use it mostly for chia seed pudding and in recipes. Other popular brands I have tried are clumpy and don’t incorporate smoothly into recipes.

Don't know if it works for other foods but it makes good curry. Has thickening agents to makeup for the lack of fat but I didn't notice once cooked.

While I've been paying closer attention to my diet, I still want to enjoy a nice curry from time to time. This is a nice way to still get my fix while saving on calories and fat vs the full flavor coconut milk. It's certainly not a one to one substitute and doesn't have the thickness for the full fat version. You might find that it works better in some recipes than others. Reasonably priced and not a distracting flavor difference, I'll keep using this most of the time but still splurge and use the full octane from time to time.

I like this for smoothies because the full fat gives too much little chunks of fat that gross me out. Same with chia pudding or iced coffee drinks. So in cold recipes it is good, but it doesn’t hold up for soup. Doesn’t have enough body/fat for soup. Not creamy at all. So it depends what you’re using it for. Flavor is mild. And I mostly bought this brand because it had an organic option
