Great Service
Bought this at the end of last year and kept in the garage until summer. Just put it out about 2 months ago and the brown paint has started coming off all over. I know the paint will fade but was not expecting it so soon. Just today I noticed a large spidering crack in the plastic after only 2 months of use. For the price I’m very disappointed with the quality. I just submitted a support request on the manufacturer website for some type of help.Update: The manufacturer quickly responded and resolved all of my issues with the defective unit. Great service!

Peaceful and calming
The media could not be loaded. I absolutely love this fountain! The sound of the water along with my chimes makes it a perfect meditation spot for me.What I do want to mention though is that it’s a good idea to place a screen mesh drain strainer into the drain hole of the basin to stop any leaves, bugs, or other debris from getting sucked inside to the pump and getting clogged in there.The screen mesh drain strainer is easy to keep clean from the basin and no debris makes it to the water pump.
