I've been looking for a LPR that works and with good tech support, it's hard to find and there are so many fake advertising of LPR out there that don't work and the adjustment needed for it will dive you crazy. If you want an LPR that works, this is the one to buy. I am very amaze at how this LPR capture every plates that passes by. I have this mount about 15 degree to the street and about 16 ft up and about 50 ft from mount to street. The zoom and auto focus is very helpful. Don't ever buy one that have manual focus, it will drive you crazy. I did not make any adjustments in the settings for this LPR to capture plates except one and it's the Exposure Time. I had it set at 1/1000 and left everything else default. The only difficult part is setting this up for remote view and opening up a port in your router. Because of the awesome tech support from HAWK EYE SURVEILLANCE, I had it up and going in no time. If you want an NVR to work with this LPR, you have to use the 8ch or 16ch NVR, the 4 ch will not work. I did not use an NVR, instead I had a 128G micro SD card in there and it works great. I also use the IVMS-4200 software to retrieve the capture plates and for playback. This is so simple to use I recommend it!

My 1st impression: Just got the camera, tried to put in the SD Card, but card slipped inside the camera. Now it just rattles inside. The two black screws in the front after removing them to get the SD card, one of the screw broke. This company J B2B Solution suppose to provide lifetime support, they did not even provide me with the phone number, email, or any contact information. The camera came with two pamphlets the size of credit card, and none of them had any instructions on how to install the camera. Very disappointed.I have returned the camera to the seller. So now they have the camera and my money. They have decided to not refund my money. very bad

I have never written a review on Amazon. But I feel very compelled to write this review to save people some money and time. This camera does not work as advertised. After struggling to understand the dialect of the foreign tech-support and the broken phone calls, they confirmed what I have stated. It does not work as advertised. I am returning the product for a refund. Do not buy.

Supper hard to set up. Great tech support. It works but you need to call them.
