Herba Organica Lovage Leaf - Levisticum Officinale L (50g)

I am very happy to have found this herb sold on Amazon. My landlady grows it in her garden in Cape Cod, so my family gets to enjoy it in soups and salads, and even infused water. Neither of us knew what it was called, but I did a bit of online research and recognized it in pictures. Lovage tastes a bit like celery, but miles better, more complex — so summery! This dried herb arrived vacuum-sealed and smelled delicious and potent. I cannot wait to use it in chicken or vegetable soups, meat stews, or even bone broth. I’m very happy with my order and recommend the herb to anyone who enjoys experimenting with lesser-known herbs and spices!

lots of uses in cooking.thought it would taste like celery.however it has a different taste,but still has many uses.beware a little bit goes along way,start small first and try.after using a few times it kinda tastes like celery and?

Good quality herb

It's rather expensive, but it has good flavor. I like the flavor of lovage in food, and I can't find it fresh in stores, not where I live. It's very good with beans.

It is so difficult to find lovage leaves in Nord America. I had to wait to arrive from England.
