Excellent product, gluten free hing.
Great product. Extremely satisfied.It's great that we have this alternative for traditional hing powder which is ground in gluten containing flour like wheat, maida. For health and nutritional reasons, gluten is not always desirable.We researched a lot before buying zeroG gluten free hing and we have ordered it many times since then and we'll keep ordering it. The taste and flavor are all great. Over all, I recommend it as value for money.

A blessing for gluten intolerant people
Asafoetida is an integral part of indian cooking. Being a gluten intolerant person, I had to use pure asafoetida. But the problem was it was very costly because no fillers are used. Then I came across this product. It uses sorghum as filler instead of wheat, so its gluten free. Also, compared to pure asafoetida, the price is nominal. Being used to pure asafoetida, i find the flavor slightly mild, but thats not a big deal.

Good for Gluten intolerent people
Its a very mild hing. I use it only for my son who is gluten intolerent. It serves the purpose as raw hing which is also gluten free but tends to overpower the flavour of the dish.

Celiacs
This product is great, being a symptomatic celiac this was the 1st time in year when I could enjoy Hing. Grateful to the brand for the same. It has been 2 months since I am consuming this product and no issues at all. Celiacs can choose this without any stress.

Not good
Smell is not strong enough when compared to normal brand, and even taste of rasam, sambhar not very good. However if you have celiac there is no other option. Just add more salt to food.
