My favorite!
Love Nordic Ware pans, so when I saw these, I knew I had to have them. Made Gingerbread in then! Baked perfectly! My trick to getting them out, is to spray with Bakers Joy, use a small pastry brush to get in the crevices, then put in fridge until batter is ready to put in pan. Works every time!

Read the directions
I love this pan and I made the recipe that came with it. However, the recipe is for 8 and the pan only holds 4. The amount was one of the last lines in the entire page. If buying and going to make the recipe, I suggest buying two pans so the batter doesn't sit for 30+ minutes waiting to reuse the same pan.

Absolutely Top Quality!
I haven't used this yet, but I own a lot of Nordic Ware molds and they're so well made. I couldn't believe how solid this mold is. It will last long beyond my lifetime. Buy this with no reservations.
