Omg….my 4 year old grandson loves it. It works really well going down the stairs! The coloring was very nice and bright! Would definitely buy this again!!

The media could not be loaded. I mean, look at how much fun this three year old is having! This is the biggest slinky we've ever seen. I never realized they come in this size! I'm aware that especially the plastic ones sag and get too stretchy over time with heavy use, but ours seems to be doing fine for now. Makes me want to take a trip to the Philadelphia Museum of Art from the movie Rocky just so I could launch it down those steps and watch it go!

Gave this to my niece for a gift. I wasn't expecting much. I was VERY SURPRISED at what a cool slinky this was! It went down stairs and looked, oh so neat. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

When I was a kid and I had a slinky, it was one of those original ones that were not much wider than a tennis ball and they never seemed to hit the stairs quite right. They would kind of fall over and stop after three, maybe four, stairs (I’m sure any Gen X or Millennial reading this knows what I mean!).Needless to say, when I introduced my roommate’s toddler to her first slinky, I was pretty stoked to see it make it ALL the way down the staircase without even a wobble! The illusions from the graduated color scheme makes it look a lot cooler going down too.My only gripe is how easy it is to get this slinky bent and tangled. I probably spent more time trying to untangle it then she spent actually playing with it, but the stair trick was probably worth the extra effort!

Why do kids love the slinky so much? Every christmas and birthday all 3 of my kids ask for a slinky, and inevitably, within the first 30 minutes of playing with said slinky they get tangled and stretched out, rendering them useless. It drives me crazy they want slinkies knowing how prone they are to breaking. So when my 5 year old only has "slinky" on his birthday list I knew this had to be the last slinky I would ever buy. This gem was it. They love the colors and how big it is. It can take giant leaps down the stairs. My boys fight over it, stretch it out, and it always goes back to the original shape. Some reviewers have said it won't tangle and that is not really true. It will tangle, BUT it can be fixed with some patience and it never comes out skiwhompus like. Always back to the original shape. Well worth the money and 5 stars.
