Q: What is the max tubing size for the hooks? (for teh 22x38" size, which looks have different hooks from the 15x15" version)

Hi, the max tubing size is 3/4 inch.

Q: Will this hooks fit on a rv rack ?

I'm not sure what an rv rack is. But I us mine for a small trailer I own to keep everything down in the trailer. You can probably us some carabiner to fasten down the net to the RV rack so you can hook it any where.

Q: Would it work on a deer cart. Like to know before i buy 1.

I use 2 of these for a deer cart. 1 for the bottom and 1 for a cover a cover to hold down our jackets and gear. Works great! The plastic hooks would be better if they were nylon instead of hard plastic, but if you buy 2 of these and use all of the hooks to distribute the weight rather than 1 set, you'll be fine. Very heavy bungee material and a close weave . Good product overall.

Q: Can caribiners be used instead of the hooks?

The hooks break easy so I switched over to caribiners. They work just fine.
