Helps support high arches
Podiatrist recommended I begin using orthotics for arch support after fracturing 3 metatarsals. I move these from shoe to shoe for walking, line-dancing, shopping, etc. Too wide for slim sandals or high heels, but they make my sneakers & dance practice shoes more comfortable. It's the difference between "OK" and "Ahhhh!" for me.

Yes they work as intended
A 3/4 insole inlay placed within the shoe that brings comfort to the Heal and arch. What a concept! I am flat footed. I have healed broken toes, healed injuries in my left foot.My feet have been used, abused, have many miles on them, thankfully continue to propel me.I have new, Bates tactical 5 inch boots. They are in need to be broken in.Comfortable out of the box, yet when you add 8-10 hours, the comfort isn't there.I bought the Comfort-zones due to they are 3/4 in length. My boots are structurally solid, firm, attempting to get a insole flat flush within the toe-bedisn't an inviting idea. This how and why the 3/4 insole Works. My shoe/boot is size 8 ( Women) not wide, not narrow, somewhat Flintstone.I slid these puppies in, laced up my Bates and said, Oh Yes, this is exactly what I need. They fit perfect, seconds to slide in, had my boots on mins later. No issues. No bumby rumple under toes, no edge felt under upper foot pad.Flat flush smooth as glass transition from pad to my shoe bed.The Heel of the pad, where your bone hits to have a gel center.Gel is framed with firm but comfortable material.I felt maybe a few centimeters taller, it's cool, I will take it.I wore my now lined boots yesterday for ?? 13 hoursPeeled them off, and I still had blood flow and no pain, walking afterward was still an optioninstead of wobbling. Yesterday of those 13 hours, less than one hour did I spend seated.I am on my feet constant. These aided me well, I am happy.Thank you for offering a product that is affordable, and does what it saysHealthy Feet is core to survival :) Good job.

Great addition to Converse and Rain Boots!
These are the shoes I wear most for my job and they have absolutely no arch support. These inserts have made all the difference adding support and cushioning, my feet are comfortable all day. They are well made and the first pair I bought well over a year ago is still holding up well.

All wrong for me
I rarely write a bad review but this Orthotic gel insole is a let down for people who need support for their body, for whatever reasons. I have no problems with my feet but my hip joints and sacrum do cause me pain and discomfort. I bought these 3/4 length insoles for a specific walking shoe because I wanted to keep the toe room that came with the shoe. But sadly, these insoles don't fit my needs because they are too firm (hard) and uncomfortable. They are also too narrow. I have a size M width and wear anywhere between a 6-1/2 to 7-1/2 M shoe. After (recently) purchasing three (3) different brand-types of Orthotic insoles, I have come to this conclusion. Buy Profoot Stress Relief insoles. If you want a shorter sole-insert that doesn't crowd the toes, cut the Profoot insole shorter. I just ordered another set of Profoot insoles for my walking shoes and I plan to cut them to a size that works for me.I can speak honestly from personal experience. The one Profoot insole I purchased last week for a different shoe is truly a blessing from above. I can walk without pain in my hips. I'm sold.

Great comfort
Have planter fasciitis and can’t wear flat shoes anymore. These are wonderful and don’t lift toes so they don’t get crushed against tops of shoes

What arch support???
If you pronate and need actual arch support, this is not the product for you. I’m glad I only wasted $12. As you can see in the pictures, there isn’t an arch to these, where the orthotic rises up under your arch to support your foot in the proper position. Rather, there is a tunnel running crosswise under the full width of the orthotic, as if your foot needed to be supported like a bridge. I’ve never seen an arch that ran crosswise under your entire foot. If you have one, though, perhaps these are for you. That’s the least of the problems with this, however. There is no support whatsoever. They mash flat when you stand on them. In fact, I can press it flat with my thumb with very little effort, as you can see in the picture.I’m thinking the folks who like this simply need some cushioning. If you are looking for actual support, however, I advise to look elsewhere.
