My second purchase
Am relatively new to my water softer having not had one before. This is my second purchase from this company, first time got two smaller bags. This time one large bag as they didn’t have the smaller ones. It’s more cumbersome & heavy to handle & deal with obviously but I have to purchase on price & this was the most reasonable at the time.Service delivery is second to none though, these people are super quick! For this reason I think I’ll hopefully stick with them as long as their prices remain on point

Delays and damaged packaging
When the product finally arrived, two weeks late, the packaging was falling apart. I'm surprised the salt pellets weren't more damaged.
