Old remote broke- wore out. This remote worked perfectly; added batteries and remote began working right away without a hitch!

Super easy!! I just put batteries in it and it worked perfectly.

The first one I got turned on my TV and then promptly never worked again. Exchanged it and the second one works, and feeling the second one I can see the first felt less sturdy, kind of twisty when pressing the power button, which must be a quality control issue. But the second works, glad to have it.

Perfect replacement for Panasonic Viera TVs. Ours was lost and we couldn’t change the audio settings. This remote gave access to all the setup menus and the problem was solved in 30 seconds. It needs AA batteries (not included) but at this price I didn’t expect batteries.

Even though this remote looks exactly like the original and is listed for my specific set, it is rather moot since it did not work. Brand new Energizer batteries were installed upon use. The only function on the whole remote that responded was the SD card menu came up. Nothing else worked, not ON/OFF, volume, channel, nothing. Rather pointless to go through the aggravation of asking for a replacement when (in my experience) 9 times out of ten the replacement will be no better. So I asked for a refund instead. Amazon really needs to Vet the merchandise sold through their site. In the last few years my return rate has been steadily increasing as more and more junk is making it's way into the system. The problem used to be the shipping times, now it's the quality. It doesn't matter how cheap the price, you still deserve the product listed and in new condition. It's tedious to repackage and ship merchandise back and then start the shopping process all over again. It's also getting really difficult to trust comments, whether from a verified purchase or not. I'm spending much more time sorting through reviews and deciding who to buy it from than actually purchasing something. Shopping is actually becoming a lot of work and no fun at all.

Does not come with instructions but works with Panasonic TV without any set up. Once we plugged in two AA batteries it worked with immediately.

OMG! WHAT was I thinking? I lost my remote several months ago and wasted so much time delaying this purchase! Finally, I grew tired of getting up to change the volume and snap the tv off. Yesterday, I ordered this remote from Amazon. Prime delivered like clockwork today. I opened the box, added two AA batteries (not included) and the remote worked perfectly! No need to program!! I CAN BE LAZY AGAIN!! wahooo!! (...I ordered two remotes b/c the price was fantastic and I don’t want to be without a remote again!) Thank you for making a quality product that performs perfectly for such a great price! Problem Solved!
