Very nice, affordable and safe ink
Not the exact blue-black I was expecting but is a very nice colour (which can shift a bit), good flow in fine nibs, dries quickly and very safe. Only downside is almost no water resistance but it doesn't claim to be so all OK

It is Navy blue.Rich, thick and dark.Through satisfied with the colour.Flows smoothly too.Just takes a little longer to dry, but one can overlook that.
