Q: Is this 100% olive oil or are other oils added?

I don't have any in my cupboard at the moment, but my recollection is that they only use olive oil. For the most part, I avoid all oils except for coconut and olive. If you are unable to see a picture with the ingredients list on amazon/whole foods, try looking at it on another site just to confirm what's listed.

Q: These are incredibly expenisve on here - a small vending machine sized bag is almost $3? Am I missing something?

However, I don't see these available, in that size, with the Seat Salt & Cracked Pepper flavor.

It says potatoes, olive oil, sea salt.

Q: Where are the ingredient list and nutrition content? I don't see it anywhere on the page. This is a food item, right?

Yes, this is a food item…..potato chips. They are good ( not listed as organic potatoes if you have concern about that ). Simple ingredients, don’t remember any additives. I use Kettle Brand now as they are listed as organic.
