instant buttermilk
I only use buttermilk when I make Irish Soda Bread - usually only once a year, and that requires a small amount, so this powder was perfect - no leftovers. It did seem thin but my recipe came out the same - great so it worked out fine.

Too sweet
I bought this to make my own ranch dressing/dip mix, but found it way too sweet. I'll have to research other ways to utilize this, because you do get alot for a good price.
