Worst product i ever buy......if you wanna use this product buy it from another seller.i replace this item 2-3 times but all pieces are defective.so that's why I advice please choose another seller for the same product.

Not at all satisfied with this product
I wanted to control the water level in n a water tank in my house. But this.switch is not switching off even when the switch is in the vertical position. There are three wires to make a close contact and open contact. But in this switch always these contacts are in close position only. So my requirements are not at all full filled. So I want to replace this water switch. Will you arrange to rectify this fault?

Product is very poor/ substandard. We installed it, but it is not working so we remove it from the water tank and throw it in the garbage. See attached photo.Amazon please refund the amount, that I paid.
