perfect fit
freezer still working but getting warm in the lower section, online search suggested it could be the fan motor in the freezer not working properly. it wasn't, ordered this replacement fan motor and it was a perfect match and easy to install. u-tube shows how to do it. refrigerator works great again.

Fits perfectly and works like new.
The fan was correct in every way and took 10 minutes to install. At first it was quite noisy but after adjusting the motor in the holder assembly it quieted down and ran normally. No problems...

Started making screaming noise 2 weeks after install
Installation was very straight forward and the fan took off just as expected. Was quiet for about 2 weeks and then the squealing or screaming started coming from the motor assembly. I rechecked the installation again but everything was correct. The squealing was intermittent and would usually last only 10 minutes or so but didn't want it to overheat and catch fire or freeze up and cause me to lose everything in the freezer so I replaced it with a OEM motor and have had no more noise. Save your money and time and get the OEM.

Fixed my Frig for under $20.
Direct replacement fan. I had no cold air getting from top freezer compartment to refrigerator section on bottom (a common problem). I unplugged the frig, I pulled rear panel in the freezer compartment, carefully removed the wiring connectors (easy), I melted the iced up air way passage between the freezer box and the refrigerator box with a blow dryer and then replaced the fan motor. It took about 30 minutes (I had done one before). It was a lot easier than moving in a different refrigerator let alone the cost of a replacement refrigerator. And everyone is back to smiling. Youtube has great videos showing how to do this. For a few dollars more you can get a motor with the wiring harness attached, easier yet.

arrived same as picture desciption.
But when tech. arrived to replace motors right away tech said they were not the same, seller says it works in whirlpool refr or freezer, lucky we found a store that had a generic one.
