These pens are not a new, boxed item as implied by the photo...
The offer implies these pens are new boxed stock. They arrived not in a box but in a bag with a small label declaring free additional refills were included. (I apologize for not having kept that label.) I should have been suspicious, but it was not until I tried using the pens today that I discovered they do not work like new pens: the ink/gel is dried near the tip which did not improve completely while trying to write. The pens skip. Now, that is not an issue with new pens, so I suspect this seller may be selling old stock. Buyer beware! I should add that this is not a complaint about Pentel Pens, which are a good product; I am posting this because of my concern with this seller....

Not as advertised
These pens came in two plastic baggies and were not new. Some were dry and would not write. The ink skipped on others. Although I ordered all blue pens, the ink seemed to be different colors.
