I wasn’t disappointed
I always wanted a pair of Felco shears and decided to pick these up. I am not disappointed. Workmanship is outstanding and I was surprised to see a light coat of oil on it and sharpened ready to go “right out of the box”. I use it to deadhead my roses and it cuts like a fine pair of scissors on the finest peduncle. Easy to use especially for my wife with small hands. Cuts extremely well but it does have its limitations. Felco recommends 20mm diameter max cuts depending on force of grip and hardness of wood.

These are perfect, even for a little bit smaller hands, my wife loves these.

The Mercedes Benz of pruners
I admit to having a pair of Corona hand pruners as an "alternate" to my Felcos; had I known how inferior they are, I would have saved the money. Felco is the way to go folks. If you are 1/3 as serious of a gardener as I am, believe me, you will thank me for this advice. There is nothing like having the right tool for the job. Always buy the best quality tool you can afford, take care of it, and it will reward you tenfold. This particular model is ergonomically correct, sharp, and comfortable in the hand. I am a woman with what I consider to be medium-sized hands, and these pruners are a dream come true for me.

Well-made and easy on the hands
Needed lighter weight shears for my family member with smaller hands. These fit the bill. Sharp, cut through smaller and medium branches. Felco products are great and for lighter duty, these fit the bill.

smooth cutting action, tough, good quality and feels good in small hands
I was nervous about getting the real deal since counterfeit Felcos are rampant on Amazon now (look up a Youtube video to tell the difference so you don't get scammed if you're considering an Amazon purchase), but I was pleasantly surprised to get the real thing. They come completely apart by unscrewing the center bolt so the blade can be cleaned, they're VERY sharp, and they feel nice in my hands. I'm female and under 5' tall so I basically have child-size hands but these feel good and not at all flimsy. The blade is not completely impervious to corrosion so wipe them down and keep them clean and dry and lubricated, but that goes for any garden tool.

Disappointed in the quality
Lightweight and comfortable to use. Initially worked well but has since started to degrade rapidly. The blade will rust very quickly if you don't dry it properly after cleaning or if you keep it in a humid environment. As a result, the shears do not stay sharp very long and they just don't look very great. The spring keeping the shears open also rusts and gets stuck which means that you need to manually open the shears to be able to cut again.Overall I am disappointed with this product, especially after paying a premium price for something that doesn't last.

Wrong size in Specifications
I thought these were going to be small BUT they were not small. The Amazon specifications of this Felco 160S pruner said it was 4.34" in length. It is NOT that size, it is 7.87" in length. [I contacted the Felco company, they gave me the 7.87" size. That is more accurate than the 4.34" you've listed.]
