Recommend by my lactation consultant for blocked ducts.These are amazing for blocked milk ducts and to improve milk flow. Beware when taken in higher doses (more than 3 a day for me) it causes gas to myself and the baby. Not pleasant but better than mastitis!Still taking every day.Beware the capsules are large if you have any issues swallowing (about the size of a traditional prenatal vitamin). I always take one at a time with LOTS of water. Hope this helps!

I bought this for prevention of clogged mulk ducts as I am an exclusively pumping mom. It works as intended, but I noticed I would have heart palpitations and trouble swallowing throughout the day. As it turns out, this was interacting with other medications I was taking. If it weren't for that, I'd still be taking it daily. I now only take it when I feel a clog starting. Still a good value.
