Direct replacement for our 2015 Kuga.
Replaced a CJ5T-15K859-AAW, can be painted to match body colour. Easy to fit as long as you have small enough wrists to fit through the grill it can be done in 2 mins. The cable has a small clip on the connector then pull out. The sensor holder has a tab top and bottom on the back, push apart and push the sensor from the outside. Saved £100s of pounds versus a visit to Ford.

Not a Replacement as Listed, Faulty ?.
I purchased this parking sensor because I had a fault showing up with my cars parking assist system, 3 second beep and flashing overhead light, indicating a fault with the system. Code reader told me which sensor was at fault and so I ordered this sensor as a replacement because it said it was a replacement for my part number 6W83-15K859CA. Part arrived and I fitted it to my car and the fault I had of 3 second beep and flashing light disappeared and code reader showed no errors.But during the next few days I noticed that every time I put my car in reverse the parking assist system would beep for a few seconds as if an obstacle was behind the car when nothing was there. I removed a known good parking sensor and this replacement sensor to compare them by doing resistance measurements between pins 1, 2 & 3, the known good sensor showed resistance readings in the M ohms range whilst this replacement one was in the K ohms range totally different readings. I purchased another parking sensor elsewhere checked the resistance measurements and they were the same as a known good sensor and so no faults with my parking assist system. This parking sensor is not a replacement for the part number sensors as listed on the product description page unless I received a faulty sensor. I can't return the sensor because once I was happy that the original fault had been cleared I painted it to match the bumper, so the bin is the only option. Not recommended.
