These were delicious! Not too spicy with a bit of sweetness to it. Would buy again when I can as they are not in the shops anymore

Best prepared cold (or like warm), if you try and eat these hot, they become congealed and difficult to eat.Prepared traditionally the noodles are good, the sauce is sweet sour and hot (a medium spice level I would say). They do not strongly taste like apples, the apple just provides the sweetness. Typically a breakfast ramen.
