This is the fourth massager I've purchased. I have been getting one massage a month at a spa for the past six years. The Homedics massager is the best in-home massage I've had to date. It provides a very deep massage. How strong and how deep you want your massage to be is easily managed by the two straps that pull the massager closer to your neck, back or whatever muscles need to be manipulated. I had been having severe pains in my upper shoulder and this massager fixed the problem after the first time I used it. Having a maximum 15-minute timer built into the device ensures you don't overdue it. Highly recommended.

We had the same massager and our son borrowed it and it worked so well for him that he didn't want to give it back, so we bought another one.This is a very deep tissue massager, which also has heat, different speeds, and can go up or down.It is excellent to wrap around your neck, back, shoulders.......anywhere you need a deep massage.

This was purchased for my wife, as we both have a myriad of physical issues due to Military service. That being said, this massager is quite a blessing for our ailments. The ability of using the “handles” makes the massager able to massage just about anywhere on your body. Along with heat, and the variable levels of massage allows for really good massaging any spot that needs to be worked on. Great product that was very well described on the website. Our only negative issue was that the box it was shipped in, was mangled quite badly. As we could not determine if the USPS or Amazon was responsible for the damage, we decided to at least unpack the massager, and determine if the actual product was damaged or inoperable. As evidenced by our review, the massager was not damaged in any way, and has functioned as advertised. I would like to have had it have a longer cord, as an extension cord was required in order to use the massager on our bed. We definitely would (and probably will) purchase this again.

Buttons difficult to operate and too powerful for me needed something a little more gentle.
