Good quality
Good value, easy to use, I would make sure no pets get ahold of it. No smell. I didn't use the foot pump nor my battery operated pump I use for other inflatable air beds or toys. I used an air compressor with a needle sprayer attachment. I found it alittle difficult to inflate to a good maximum with the foot pump.It suggests pumping up 80% then 1 day later pumping to the rest of the volume. It was hard to get the plug out after I did that because the plug is a tapered plastic pin, not a flip top. I would suggest pumping up to the full height volume so you don't go through this. Since a week ago ot has help up fine. I weigh 280 at the moment, so this ball holds me fine as I lose weight.

Great for desk work
Got this to put at my desk because i work on a cumputer all day. It really does help your back and strengthen your core. Takes some getting used to though. You can’t turn your “chair” to the side like you can in a regular rolling desk chair. Comes with foot pump but it’s quicker to use an air compressor to blow it up if you have one. All in all I like it.

Nice quality, nice price, recommended by PT
My PT instructed me to buy a ball to use for maternity related stretches but also to relieve my pelvic alrea pain from the pregnancy as I am 7 months pregnant. The feature of the ring around the bottom is what attracted me to this ball as I use this during work. I get so much pain during the day sitting and this relieves the stress of the weight on my rear. I think I paid around $30 for this ball and I think it was worth it as the quality is good, it came with a pump, the ring, and extra accessories, like a tool to aid with pulling out the stopper from the ball. This is particularly important to keep because I have tried to get the stopper out with my fingernails when I thought I lost the stopper and I couldn’t get it out, so you need that tool to be able to add more air into your ball. The material seems to be of decent quality and the set up was easy. I didn’t use any instructions but just took the pump out and started pumping air until it was full and then put the stopper in. I’ve had my ball for a few months now and I’ve had no issues.

Fantastic once inflated properly
I pulled it out of the box and gave the included little hand pump a try. Holy cow. That was a workout! Both arms were tired and if you stop, the air back- flows. No thanks. I'll save that for inflating balloons.I broke out an air compressor and filled the ball until it looked taught, but not over-filled. I let it sit overnight. The next day I gave it a sit and felt entirely too low to the ground. I put a little more air in it, but was worried about how much air it could take. I have it another sit and it felt much better... so I worked a full day on it. I had to keep reminding myself to straighten up my back. It takes some getting used to. You certainly can't whirl around to see behind you, like you would in a typical office chair... so when I heard my dog outside the door, I had to twist and crane my neck. LOL. After a day on it I decided it still felt a little low for me. I'm 5'6" tall, with a 28.5" desk, so I got the Large 65cm ball as suggested. I broke down and grabbed the instructions, to make sure I didn't over-inflate it. I measured from the floor, up the wall 65cm, made a pencil mark, then took a straight edge and held it out... I definitely had more room to go to inflate it... and I did! It's at about 63cm now, because I don't like to press my luck. I'm up at a good height now, comfortably resting my forearms on the desk, the keyboard is comfortable and I can still put both feet firmly on the floor. I put the ring under the bottom because I don't want to accidentally bust my ashtabula on this thing. It's comfortable. I can work a very full 12 hr day on it. I push it up so 40% of it is under the desk, and I approach it from the side and swing my leg over it like a horse, then plop my arse down. It's sturdy, has a little bouncy bounce to it, but only when you shift your weight or adjust your legs. It retains air well, so far. Another nice thing is that you can grab ahold of the front of your desk, lift your feet up in front of you, and roll forward while arching your back, until your basically laying on your back, over the ball. It gives a great stretch. Overall, I give it ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️.

Deflating...pun intended
I was very disappointed in the quality of the product. I have had to keep putting air in it by the end of the day. I purchased to replace my desk chair so I would move around more throughout the day as I work from home. The first day used, within 4 hours, I was adding air. It's a bummer for sure but still usable. I just get a leg workout too every day.

Back pain begone!
The ball and base were super easy to inflate with the included pump. It came with a few extra plugs in case the other ones get lost. The material feels very thick and sturdy, and the aqua color is bright and happy.I have mild scoliosis and a stenosis at L5 which is just above the tail bone. Every now and then it will get inflamed and cause lower back pain. When I tell you the MOMENT I sat on this ball the back pain disappeared, I am not exaggerating. I am going to get another one so I can have them in both my home and work offices.I am just over 5'5" so got the 65 cm ball. It feels ergonomic to sit on, but I am wondering if the taller one would have been slightly better to reach the keyboard on top of the desk. I'll probably wait a few days to inflate it a little more (per the instructions to give it time to stretch) and see how comfortable I am with the height before ordering another one.Edit: It is now fully inflated, and it is the perfect size for my height with a keyboard that sits at 29-30"

Perfect for pregnancy
Bought this yoga ball while pregnant and used the heck out of it. I enjoyed that it came with a hand pump and extra plugs, as well as a tool to get the plugs out if needed. The base was super nice as well so it didn’t roll all over when stored.
