Easy and quick to install. New upgraded harness with the cobra buckles is easier to adjust around the legs. The harness feels stronger and more comfortable in this version, even though around the legs it becomes a bit uncomfortable during extended use. I wold say the adjustment straps on the back of the harness could be improved to be quicker to adjust, but overall its been great help. As a dancer I use it to help me train for tricks with my partner, its been the best way to be able to train for longer time as the bungee helps to relieve weigh from my partner as I lift her to do tricks in the air. The product has become a daily tool to train for and improve our performances, and at an affordable price compared to acro jigs we've used in the past; also this newer version has been a great improvement to the harness from the previous. Can't wait for the next upgrade!

Update!!We ordered the newer updated model and it is a night and day difference. Way more comfortable. (Make sure to get the ones that have the solid straps)They company also reached out to me and gave me a partial refund even though I was past the return date by a long shot.I am very impressed. :) TheI was so excited to get this until I got it and tried it out. It was incredibly painful. I watched and read lots of things to make sure I was wearing it correctly and I was. I was hoping I would be able to get a good/fun workout like all the classes I have seen.

Used it for more than a month. very easy to install. The cords is well made. Harness is comfortable. easy to use. Definitely recommend it.

Craftsmanship good. But design not user friendly. Hard to buckle leg straps, and not designed so can swap sides to make it easier.

Eh....you can't do that much with it. Better if you have high ceiling. It doesn't hold you up from the ground very much. Good harness. Easy to put on and adjust.

The media could not be loaded. I bought this for my kids . I'm a tree climber and my kids have harnesses and know basic rope climbing . They absolutely love this bungee . Very well made .

This is the best workout I’ve ever done! I ordered 2 and am so glad I did. My friends love working out with me in the privacy of my garage. Very high energy and low impact. I can’t wait to work out every day! The only bad thing I can say is that the harness can be very uncomfortable. I’ve used my set up for the last three days and haven’t yet mastered finding a good comfy place for the leg straps to go. But it isn’t so terrible that I can my work out and feel the burn.

This looked amazing. I have a yoga trapeze and love it. I thought this would be a fun new workout, but there were awful instructions how to use it and when I emailed the company they responded sorry only instructions we have. I asked for at least a picture of the setup. I ended up just returning as I couldn't use it. Maybe it is awesome but horrible instructions doesnt work.
