Something's fishy
Nope nope nope. Not the thing I was looking for. The Sodium alginate seen in food chemistry videos appears white. This product was olive green flaky powder. It smelled, tasted, and behaved almost like nori (seaweed), even after trying to mix it with CaCl2 Or Calcium lactate. No amount of trial and error gave me the popping bobba result that I wanted, but if anyone out there can make this work, please post your process

If you want to make popping Boba or experiment its with calcium DON'T BUY THIS PRODUCT! It doesn't give the end result what you are looking for. The Juice just thickens but doesn't form a bubble when dipped in calcium solution.It is waste of money!Request a money back for this product!
