Q: what size does this item come packaged ? For transportation purposes.

The item comes in two packages which are not too heavy , I am 72 , Not too bad to move about. Make sure you can understand drawings as the booklet with the unit is in German only. Will be quite happy to answer questions if you decide its for you. Call 07799008572. Looks good when erect.

Q: Does it include a floor

No and it is a terrible product. Very hard to put togethet, poor instructions and not water tight. Everything inside is soaking.
