This speaker sound is excellent!It's clear, with lots of bass if you want (EQ in the phone app) and loud enough for a medium sized garden.It's also built like a tank. Fells sturdy and reliable with quality materials used on all parts that you can see or touch.Due to this speaker is a bit heavy and quite large but still portable enough if you have a backpack. So far, with moderate use the battery lasted for 4 days and it's still on 40%. Charging is also quite quick. My 25W multi charger can get it to 50% charge in about an hour.My only criticism it about how they advertise it for Alexa integration.This item does not support Alexa and push to talk anymore. This functionality was removed by Logitech (manufacturer) some time ago although it's till advertised as Alexa device.Currently it can only work with Alexa as a Bluetooth speaker which is not what I wanted.But decided to keep it anyway as even without Alexa support the sound and build quality is still worth the money.

As an audio & acoustic engineer I'm usually let down by a lot of "popular" products in this area such as Bose, JBL etc. But I have to say that this was not a disappointment. The clarity across its frequency range is much better than a lot of similar bluetooth speakers, even ones that are far more expensive!. The bass response is just right and isn't overpowering. The omnidirectional nature of this speaker is also super cool!

Been after a portable speaker to take camping with my friends for ages. Had my eye on the minirigs for a while but considering reviews I decided to go for the UE Megaboom.Its a lovely design, doesn't feel cheap at all. The sound is what you'd expect and its super easy to use.Sound wise, the highs and mids are exceptionally clear compared to any bluetooth speaker ive heard, the 360 degree sound is great for when your friends are sat in a circle. The bass can be quite punchy BUT anywhere above 80% volume and it starts to lose its clarity.Really happy with my purchase.

I have a Bose but wanted to try megaboom 3 as I use a speaker for team warm up outside - this is easy to charge - I got 2 to link them found it a bit tricky to pair but have watched the vid and figured it out. When 2 paired the bass seems a bit sketchy when apart …Also the app to see battery charge changes constantly ! I plug it in and it says critical and then switches to 70% and then after charging shows 100% - switch it on and then it shows 80% so difficult to keep track but overall a loud bass speaker for outdoors

Not sure why the are so Many bad review but I have just opened it and tested it and I love it!Great sound bigger bass and love pairing it up with my old Boom 2.It can really turn your house into a disco.Bigger than all the other booms but still somehow portable and not too heavy. Prefer the material of the old boom2 but not a major problem.Price is decent if you think about how cool this device is. Top quality! And it's got loads of features.If you looking for just a speaker maybe this isnt for you.Happy! And can't wait to show it off with some big a** beats

I believe this speaker would suit most people. It is loud enough to be heard in an noisy outdoor environment, also has great bass with a basic in app EQ. Battery lasts a good long while, thou I would keep a power bank handy if out and about, just in case. Unfortunately I've not had an opportunity to test the party feature of chaining multiple speakers together.
