Both my husband and I take Vitamin D3 daily...this is a brand we have purchased for a long time and feel that this vitamin D3 is quality like the other vitamins/minerals we have and still do purchase from Puritans Pride. Tiny oval soft gel is so easy to swallow if you have issues with that, these are a breeze to get down. PLUS they are at a GREAT price point!!! I would suggest to anyone.

I gave 1 star because it does not have any flavor so I don't know how to rate that...overall it helps with my fatigue, the days I forget to take it I can tell because my body gets sluggish..will buy again
