I am just starting to use this product after being told about it from another Amazon customer. The price was very good compared to other competitors.

Adequate dosing, easy to swallow

I have been taking this product for about seven months, two after breakfast and two after my last meal a total of 800mg. I throughly researched CoQ10 before choosing this item.About two weeks ago I noticed the reading glasses I use for the computer made the words blurred. I went through all of my reading glasses and realized I no longer needed glasses to read on the computer, I no longer need glasses to read. Just last week a friend passed a comment that I was reading without my glasses and thats when it all came into clear view, no pun intended.I spoke to my Dr. last week and she said that CoQ10 repairs damaged cells and not needing glasses is only one way its repairing cells in my body thats visable. I have over seven months slowly eliminated taking cholesterol medication thats so dangerous, waiting for the blood work to tell if thats changed too.

I only take it occasionally when I feel weak of immune system. But I didn't expect the shingles on my hipbone are gone in a few days. I've heard Kaneka is the patented manufacturer and they are the best coq10 so far.

It caused severe dizziness, nausea. It dropped my blood pressure. I was about to be knocked down to the floor. I do not recommend it unless you need it.

I have been taking CoQ10 regularly for about 2 years. It has made such a difference in my life. I switched to Healthy Origins because the brand that I was previously taking was no longer available in 200 mg capsules on Subscribe and Save. I find Healthy Origins works just as well, has much better ingredients and is offered at a much better price.
