Yes. Run a TRS (tip-ring-sleeve) cable from the "Line Out" on the first Passport into a channel in the second Passport. Adjust the Line Out volume on the first and the channel volume on the second to get a good mix.

Q: Is it good for a wedding reception and streaming thru bluetooth?

It is perfect for wedding and for Bluetooth!

Q: Can you use this with a microphone and electric guitar at the same time? Will it be loud enough over drums?

Absolutely. You can use any instrument with it along with mic/vocal. It's loud enough to overcome any drums. Add a subwoofer to enhance the bass. You'll love it.
