Q: Can you please tell me the ingredients added in this product? Wondering if there are any other added ingredients besides the yuca during fermentation.

I don't know of any added products. I don't know if the fermentation is done naturally or if it's done industrially by introducing some kind of yeast or other bacteria to cause the manioc to ferment. You might be able to learn more by looking on Wikipedia or trying to contact Yoki directly. It's a very large food maker in Brazil so it should be easy to find online, and then look for "contatos" or "SAC" for ways to contact them. If you are concerned about fermentation because of the product being chametz you can use the sweet (unfermented) version, polvilho doce, to make cheese bread. In the U.S. it's the same product that is also sold as tapioca flour or tapioca starch.

Cassava flour is a flour with a strong flavor, temperamental but very versatile. Sour starch is obtained by fermenting the cassava root before it goes through drying and grinding, leaving it with a more intense and sour taste.

Q: does sour manioc starch has a weird cheesy smells? because I got my irder today and it smells weirdly strong!!!

It is fermented. That is why it smells weird. Hence the name sour starch. It tastes so good!
