Things can get a little tricky when we're creating a set based on an upcoming movie or show. In some cases, we have to base our designs on early drafts or concept art. This is because it takes us a long time to create a LEGO® set, and we want to make sure that it's good and ready in time before the show premieres! Q: Can you see the Mandalorian's face if you take off the helmet?

You can take the helmet off but the head is a plain black piece, no face.

Q: Why does this set not include Baby Yoda? Seems like a completely useless set without him.

Because including "The Child" would have spoiled the big reveal. This set would have gone in to production long before the series launched. The same reason there are still no baby Yoda toys on store shelves.
