Started taking this supplement to help brain health and have loved it! Good quality product that does what it says it will.

This is a very gentle corrector of one's healthy telomeres (tips of chromosomes). It has been called the anti aging pill... Well I take it as an antiviral substance and believe it has saved my immune system from a few assaults in flu season (University of Rome research). I have recovered from a critical illness and have stalwartly taken it, despite my own physician's doubts. There is a lot of research on this, and that research is available from reliable sources (PubMed). I think it is very healthful for many different reasons, because it works at a sub cellular level. I am distraught when I run low... but some of us could be thought to be grasping at straws. This is a particularly good product. The farmers inform the company when the resveratrol level in the grape vines is low, because it has been a warm dry summer, lowering the plants' need for protection from fungus. The company will not put any poor quality resveratrol in a capsule. I recommend this product. I am very interested in their company.

Excellent organic source of resveratrol. I used to buy their combined ubiquinol / resveratrol product, but I realized for the same money I can get 250 mg of resveratrol instead of 40 and purchase the ubiquinol separately, which I do from Now Foods. And the cost is pretty close to what the combined product from ReserveAge was (it seemed like it kept going up)I started with the 100 mg of resveratrol, but that was not available this time, so I bought the 250 mg. I am quite sensitive to what I ingest whether food or supplements, and if my body does not want them, I KNOW! So far, taking these two together seems to give me a nice healthy bump of energy in the morning with coffee (organic of course) and a little food. With the combined product that I used to buy, it seemed like after taking it a while, it 'appeared' to bother my stomach and I'd have to stop taking it. But, since I switched to the Now Foods ubiquinol and just take the resveratrol separately from ReserveAge, so far, it seems to be working well.I hope that this is somewhat helpful to others...
