Q: As of Feb 12, 2017, what is the expiration date on any bottles of clotted cream you will send me?

That would be up to the vendor who is sending the cream, usually you have approx. 6 months on the jars when you receive

Q: My clotted cream arrived frozen solid, and the label says “do not freeze”; will it be okay?

i can only tell you that the clotted cream i froze by accident was ok, but i let it thaw out at room temperature and then had to stir it. The problem is, is that once it is opened you kind of have to use it right away. In this case i would not open the container, but when i did i would watch for odor, Mold and any other oddities that the container may have. and keep don't wait until your company has arrived before you taste it!

Product is shelf stable for up to 9 months before opening. Once opened, this is when it requires immediate refrigeration and consumption within the first week.

Q: Does it need to be refrigerated if it has not yet been opened, or only after opening the jar?

It can be stored outside refrigerator but needs a cool area. If it gets warm it could spoil. Put in refrigerator if any liquid on top of product. It will refirm up. Do not stir or touch. Do not let freeze it will separate most cream does. I had to refrigerate all my jars as Seattle is too warm for it in the middle of winter. Dont have cellar or basement. U have to read the all of the above is there. I know very confusing!!!
