Hunter x Hunter: Set 2

Good season

Oh Hunter X Hunter, what can I say about this series. It is so good. It gets better and better with each season! It's hilarious, the fight/action scenes are absolutely stunning. I first thought that this series was a little childish and honestly at the beginning it was kind of. Reminded me of One Piece a little. Once the Hunters exam really starts, hold on to your hats! The series sky rockets into awesome. Enter main antagonist Hisoka. An absolute nut ball. I used to think that Luffy (from One Piece) was and would always be my favourite all time character but once I met Hisoka that went out the window. He is amazing absolutely CRAZY and a maniac but awesome!The main character (Gon) reminds me a little of Luffy because of this simple way of thinking and never ending determination to succeed and help his friends. Gon's character development through the entirety of the series is truly astounding. At first he was just this simple minded kid wanting to meet his father but he has turned into action packed character (though i'll have to admit he's still simple minded! Killua, Kirapuka and Leorio are also great characters that make the series a worthwhile watch. The first season which is out on DVD is really good, you get the Hunters Exam. First season ep 1-26 are funny, exciting and just introduce the story and begin character development.The second season the Heavens Gate Arc has fantastic fights scenes that make your heart race! You also get a taste of the Phantom Troupe (Spider). I'm not going to spoil anything! All I can say is to stick with the series you will not be disappointed!This series gets really deep, dark and crazy as it progresses (ex 3 season New York Arc the best in my opinion). You get introduced to new characters that you want to learn more about! The way the characters are presented and developed are breath taking and a real treat to watch. Even if they are bad guys/girls you kind of start to root for them (I'm mainly talking about the members of the Spider and Hisoka)... at least I've started too O_oAmazing Series gets better by the season! Even if you don't like the first season Stick with it! If you don't you will miss out of some of the best storylines and characters in anime! I believe that there is 5 seasons and 1 movie about 92 episodes in the series.

Hunter x Hunter Set 2 is the second installment of the English collection. It contains episodes 14 to 26 and finishes out the first complete Hunter x Hunter arc "The Hunter Exam" and covers the quick, maybe side-arc, about the Zoldyck family.Extras aren't as great this time around, but include an Art Gallery, Clean opening and ending, English credits, and more postcards.The quality of the episodes themselves continue to be great, and by the end of this collection you'll start to see the Hunter x Hunter world grow before your eyes as you get to see new arcs being set up. Gon and Killua get more time together, and these episodes really starts to build their close bond, and friendship. It also shapes how the group dynamic plays about with Leorio and Kurapica. Episode 26 is another recap episode, but it's also the last recap episode for the series so I'm glad this collection gets to end on that. Lastly, I just want to say that I'm happy the price went down from Set 1 to Set 2. This feels more affordable and worth the diminishing extras. Because I collect Hunter x Hunter for the story, and not the extras, I'm going to keep the rating at 5/5 for consistent quality, and a price decrease that made more sense.

I’ve finally come to watch “ HUNTER X HUNTER “ and So far 10/10 LOVING IT I especially killowa , you can tell his story or going to be a good / dark one . I’m looking forward to watching the other parts .

my friend couldn't be happier. He was looking for these movies.for a long time and I told him Amazon might have them. And it did!
