Calm tea pigs
Love this item it tastes really nice far nicer than a lot of other herbal teas. You can actually see what’s in the bag. The ingredients are quality and it tastes lovely. It has a lovely lemon taste and smell. I drink one before bed when I need a bit of relaxation or calm and I definitely think it helps me to switch off and sleep. Not claiming it to work miracles for stress or anxiety, but it really does help to soothe an active mind. Definitely worth a try.

I love teapigs. Yes they’re expensive but they’re a good tea bag, they taste lovely, they help you have a good sleep and they are not full or bad plastics. I always tell people to buy this brand.

Lovely tasting tea
I've tried several herbal teas in the past but never really liked any of them. Decided to give this one a try and was pleasantly surprised. I let it brew for 3 mins and that was perfect for me. Not too strong a taste, but no bitterness at all. Very smooth tasting tea that I'll look forward to having every evening. Don't know yet if it'll help with my anxiety at all as it's too soon to say. But will still make a great warm drink to have before bed.
