I needed a computer with a DVD drive and abundant storage to backup multiple hard drives. Was skeptical when I saw the price of around a $100 for an Intel i5 with 16GB RAM and 2 TB HDD! And Windows 10 64-bit professional to boot!Received it on time and connected a KVM switch to share my monitor, keyboard and mouse with my laptop. Connected the included Wi-Fi USB connector and turned it on. It launched a first use Windows setup and in a few minutes was up and running! Amazingly smooth start!My only negative would be that the included keyboard and mouse were worn but I wasn’t really looking to use them anyways.Highly recommended! Had to buy a display port to HDMI cable, as there is no HDMI output, just display port.Functions fine, does what I need. The hard drive makes a lot of clunky noises. I hope that's normal for this model, because in the past on other computers it meant failure was imminent.

Lot’s of memory it works

This computer set up flawlessly. The included WiFi dongle worked, but I replaced it with a wireless card. This improved internet connectivity tenfold. I was so pleased that I ordered another one that redirected to a different seller. I didn't notice this. Unfortunately, I never received it and my money was refunded. I subsequently ordered a different computer, ensuring the same seller, and anticipate its arrival. Tech support was not needed. I do not use this for gaming. I use it for streaming, surfing, data storage, smart home activity, and wireless surveillance monitoring.

It took 15 minutes to boot up because It was “ preparing windows”. Once that was done, I got a message “ we are unable to sign you out”, and it was very loud. SkyTech customer support ( only available from 9-5) offered no help just the suggestion to “send it back to us and get a refund in 7-10 business days or call Amazon”. I called Amazon, they shipped out a replacement. With this one ( same make and model as the first) I was unable to transfer the documents from my old computer to this one because the computer did not recognize the external hard . I called called Amazon and the rep put me in touch with a rep at Seagate ( the maker of the hard drive). That rep worked with me for an hour and was unable to help so I called SkyTech again. The suggestion this time was, “ I can walk you through taking the hard drive out of your old computer and putting it into this computer”. After asking him if he was crazy, I hung up, called Amazon and asked for a return label. I was not expecting a brand new computer, I knew it would be refurbished but I guess you can get good refurbs but in my case that was not true twice. I did purchase a refurbished computer from another seller and that arrives this week. Be sure you read everything and call, ask questions because neither one of these computers had bluetooth capability and I only found that out when I asked the second SkyTech rep to help me access Bluetooth.

PC was in good condition but keyboard had loose keys. Mouse half damaged.Luckily I has a keyboard and a mouse.

great price, quick set up.

Generally great. Super fast with the SSD, quiet. I love it.Things to know/be wary of:(1) As others have said, the Wifi dongle that comes with it is close to garbage. Very unnaturally slow. I had another handy, so it was no problem.(2) The DVD drive didn't seem to work when I got it. I opened the case and unplugged it/plugged it back in and it worked fine.(3) The part of the motherboard where the display port connectors are wasn't perfectly lined up with the holes in the case. As it was, I wasn't able to plug in a display port connector at all. I just gently pushed up on it to line it up and was able to get the connector plugged in.Not the kind of thing you like to see on a new computer, but it was a small thing, and at the price, I am delighted.
